Ted Lasso / AFC Richmond - BrickLink edition from BrickLink Studio

Hey everyone!I originally designed this set up as an Ideas submission - however, from where I began work on this project & now, it has gone to "X Not Valid" for submission on the site, and I was recommended to showcase this here on BrickLink instead. And LEGO, if this was licensed for production but you think you may be interested in these, lemme know. ;)This set is based on the primary off-field locations set for the Ted Lasso show, using Crystal Palace as the background for AFC Richmond. When I saw Henry building his version of Richmond at the beginning of the third season, I felt incredibly compelled to create my own version of it, which I am showcasing to you all now.The photos I have attached above are for the "starter" version of this model, which currently showcases the following locations:* Locker room, complete with 16 lockers - also includes "ZAVA" lettering & a chair designed for the corner (to be showcased at a later date)* Coaches offices - also includes "S1" layout, from before Nate/Roy occupying that room, which will be included with the set designs* Media Room - where interviews & post-match footage is reviewed* Media soundbites area (post-matches for player conversations, in the hallway between the Coaches offices & locker roomAll the custom graphics were created by AndySeesDesigns on , who has an incredible selection of custom stuff. The more interesting parts of this, such as Roy & Ted's strategy boards, were also entirely his handiwork & the direction of "something uniquely them" for it - I can't recommend enough for anyone to reach out to him for graphic design help on whatever he can help you with. I plan to work with him to provide the stickering off the model, once I finish the plans for the starter model.With that, I would like to focus on what this model actually is intended to be - in a sentence, I have designed the base to be modularly expandable. I realized after a number of weeks of designing that I had completely overshot the 3,000 pc. limit for submission, so I ended up taking a hacksaw to a number of already completed elements, which I will also be rolling out at a later time, including:* The Boot Room (100% finished)* Rebecca's office (mostly finished, needs polish & details applied)* Outside stadium seating (combination of training pitch bleachers & matchday, needs stability work but will connect to Rebecca's office + the base)* The weights room (connects to the windows-side of the coach's office, still in blueprinting)* The physio recovery room (adjacent to Boot Room, besides stairway to 2nd floor)* Dr. Sharon's officeI would be adding more hallways for a number of these rooms, and in so adding a number of features - for example, the post-match area has sound dampening foam triangles & control
